We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2023, at the age of 98, William F. Gallagher Jr. of Annapolis, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Gallagher, Sr. and Frances A.. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his son Tom Judy (Cindi) of Severna Park; his former wife Lorraine LaFontaine; and his son John (late Cathy) of Bowie, MD. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to The Franciscan Friars of the Atonement, in Garrison, NY https://www.atonementfriars.org.
