He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent DePaul (Ada Clarke) and Till; and his siblings, Dorothy Brady, Paul and Edward Clarke.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Clarke; his daughters, Connie Gott (Mason) of Chesapeake Beach, MD, Dawn Sullivan (Bo) of Stevensville, MD and Janice Frater (Raymond) of Pasadena, MD; and his brother Grover Clarke. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
