He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bryan and Virginia Bryan; his son Walter Bryan Jr.; his brothers, John, Thomas and Kevin Bryan; his siblings-in-law, Calvin, Thomas Gross and Loretta Taylor; and his cousin Ernestine Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Andre Bryan (Tashea), Keith Brown (Delise), MaReesa Brown Mackell (Ambrose), Andrea "Tonya" Brown and Chasity Bryan; his grandchildren, LaKyra, Rehvon of Keith, Harold, Amari, Darius, Naiya, Malik, Ian, Maison, Myles and Caleb; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Amere, Tyler, Aaryn, Halyn, Hakiem and Tyson; his sisters, Myra Morris (Jim) and Brenda Grayson; his siblings-in-law, Rose Gross, Joan Rhodes (Willie), Linda Thompson, Charles and Paul Gross (Rhonda); and his pet Rustie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
