He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Bechert; his children, Katherine (Philip Strauss), Carol (Alan Carroll), Fred (Shelly Bechert) and Susan (John Hunter); his stepsons, Michael (Scarlett Wirth), Wilhelm Wirth and Douglas Wirth; his sister Beverly (Scott Lett); and his sister-in-law Marilyn Bechert. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, friends may make a memorial donation to the church.
