Chapman of Annapolis, Maryland, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fell and Dorothy Fell. She is survived by: her husband Steven Chapman; her sister Margaret Peterson of Pottsville, PA; her daughters, Christine Anne Shaughnessy of New Bern, NC and Jennifer Grace Chapman of Arnold, MD; and her grandchildren, Perry, Megan Shaughnessy, Ryan and Kailey Fitzgerald. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
