He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Kolscher and Betty Kolscher (Miller); and his sister Barbara Kolscher. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his sister-in-law Marcia Shannon; and his nieces and nephews, Lael Holton (Jennifer) and Noel Johnston (Aaron). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.
He was a Life member of the BPOE (Elks Annapolis Lodge) and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
