He is survived by: his spouse Virginia DuBon Thompson; his sons, Stephen (Marie) of Clinton, CT and David (Susan) of Clinton, CT; his stepdaughter Diane Kostelak of Redwood City, CA; his grandchildren, Brian (Natasha), Sarah, Kelly, Andrew and Christopher; and also Diane Thompson Fossi (Joseph).
