She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Temika Young Coates; her grandchildren, Alphonso G. Coates, III (Jessica) and Niya Young; her great grandchildren, Ahmar, Ashtyn and Addison Coates; and her siblings, Charles Jones (Linda) of Gambrills, Robert Wilson (Earlene) of Annapolis, Donell Chew of Laurel, Corey Jones of Colorado, Glendora Crownwell of Severn, Shelia Holliday of Annapolis and Joanne Skinner (Raymond) of Pasadena.
