He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Miller and Florence Eutsler Miller; his son Dwayne; and his brother Fred W. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Susan Gray; his daughter Kimberly; his son-in-law Kirk Taylor; his siblings, Bob Miller and Anita; and his brother-in-law Tom Dorr. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
