He was predeceased by: his son Richard Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Joan Arnold; his children, Alisa Quevedo and Daniel Arnold; his stepdaughter Rachel Wham; and his grandchildren, Alexandra Wham and Jacob Wham.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the John M. Taylor Funeral Home (147 Duke of Gloucester St, Annapolis, MD 21401). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
