She was predeceased by: her husband Robert D. Glascoe; her parents, Frank Taylor and Eleanor Taylor; and her sons, James Merical and Albert Glascoe.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Glascoe Burdette of Maryland, Brenda Glascoe Lambert of Oregon, Barbara Glascoe Grumbach of Florida, Glenna McCormick, John Wright of Delaware and William Westervelt of Maryland. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Phyllis Victoria Glascoe, age 85, a longtime resident of Mayo, died April 1, 2018 in Annapolis after a 10 year battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
