It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norvain Turner Sharps I (Annapolis, Maryland), who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Carrie; his wife Lillian Brown Sharps; and his siblings, Verdell Poindexter (William), Clara McClure (James), Norman Sharps, Robert Sharps (Vivian), Charles Sharps (Agnes) and Lionel Sharps.

He is survived by: his nephews, Charles William Poindexter and Claude Sharps; his grandchildren, Dr. ChaValier N. Sharps, Chelsey N. Sharps, Ronald Thornton II (LaTashia) of Kim, Marcus Brown, Shomar Johnson (Nireka) and Norvain T. Sharps III; his sister Gloria Dove; and his friend Charlotte Brown. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
