He was predeceased by: his daughter Rhonda Motley; and his sister Anetha Fuchs. He is survived by: his wife Alice I. Bagley; his children, Scott Bagley (Jennifer Mitchell) of Charlottesville, VA and Crystal Deller (Steven) of Arnold, MD; his son-in-law Burk Motley; his grandchildren, Justin Bagley, Evan Bagley, Will Motley, Jason Broadhead (Laura), Jeremy Broadhead, Wendy Sloper (Todd), Kelly Motley and Jaimeé Motley; and his great grandchildren, Elodie Broadhead, Zoie, Briel and Scarlet Sloper.
