He is survived by: his parents, Dennis John Kick and Catherine Fay Nason (Krajewski); his wife Donna Schaefer-Kick; his children, Helene Kick and Michael Kick, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Stormy Kick; his grandson Jeffery Long; his brother Jeff Kick; his brother-in-law Kyle Conway; his brother Donald Kick; his siblings-in-law, Tiffany Kick, Jerome Schaefer and Kimberly Schaefer; and his mother-in-law Helene Schaefer.
