He is survived by: his wife Christina; his daughters, Alyssa (Ryan Kenyon) and Stephanie (Josh Puterbaugh); his grandson Graham; his father Phillip Case; his brothers, Steven (Amanda Case) and Dan (Mela Case); and his brother-in-law Christopher (Georgiann Portalatin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Mass was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church (620 N Bestgate Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401).
