He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Martin (Missy) of Jessup; his son-in-law Mike; his granddaughter Emily; and his siblings, Bessie Oliver of Annapolis, Linda Webb, Debbie Todd of Shady Side, Carol Rawlings of Annapolis, Shirley Rawlings of Annapolis, Eddie Rawlings of Churchton, Sharon Chace of Annapolis, Gary Rawlings of Annapolis and Judy Reppenhagen of St. Leonard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends.
