He was predeceased by: his parents, Bibianne Schwartz and Glenn Perkins; and his siblings, William Perkins (Patricia) and Mary Perkins. He is survived by: his husband Bruce Martin; his siblings, Mark Perkins (Susan), Anne Perkins and Polly Geren (Michael); and his nieces and nephews, Joel Perkins (Kelly), Scott Perkins (Ashley), Mark Perkins (Elizabeth), Christina Doyle (Brian), Thomas Martin, Katie Martin-Plankey (Robert), Brinee Martin, Adrien Moses, Zachary Moses (Audra), Ben Martin (Emma), Vicki Moses and Colt Martin. He is also survived by seven stepbrothers and stepsisters.
