With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Wilkinson (Annapolis, Maryland), who passed away on August 29, 2018 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Wilkinson (Otts); her children, Dianna Hayner, Deborah Kibalo and Stephen Wilkinson; and her sisters, Mary Ann Hamlett and Charlene Tweedy. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family is grateful for condolences and asks that donations to the or Mercy Care Center Foundation (P.O. Box 186 Forest, VA 24551) be submitted in lieu of flowers.
