It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcia Larue Owen of Annapolis, Maryland, born in Chicago, Illinois, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kate Larue Ohi (Hicks) and Sidney Tokichi Ohi; her siblings, Kuma Elizabeth Owen and Richard Ichiro Ohi; her sister-in-law Joan Beatrice Ohi (Mastrorocco); and her nephews, Michael Scott Ohi and Kenneth Andrew Ohi.
She is survived by: her spouse Dallas Haven McCarter.
At Ginger Cove they worked with a garden designer to create a special area along the edge of the woods, high above Gingerville Creek, and donated what is called the "Sisters' Garden".
