He was predeceased by: his parent Benjamin P.; and his siblings, Nancy Elliott and Donald Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Barbara George Elliott; his son Ryan Scott Elliott (Cathy) of Annapolis; his granddaughters, Sadie and Samantha; and his brother Phillip K. Elliott of Annapolis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
