He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Coleman and Marion Neal Coleman; his siblings, Robert Coleman Jr., William Coleman and Bettie Coleman; his sister-in-law Shirley Coleman; and his great-nephew Eddie Durell Woodard.
He is survived by: his niece Lakesha Johnson; his siblings, Marion W. Coleman, LaVerne Wallace-Johnson, John Coleman and George Rayfield Coleman; and his brother-in-law Norman Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Kermit was passionate on giving donations to different charities.
