She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Smith and Gertrude Lehman; and her husband Thomas T. Schultz (Ted). She is survived by: her children, Judith Schultz (Jake Bernstein), Sandra Schultz (Michael Blair) and Timothy Schultz (Kristen Schultz); her siblings, Sara Hampton and Daniel Smith; her daughter Christine (Mannie Rodriguez); and her grandchildren, Jessica, Hannah and Hayden. She is also survived by her family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation in Kathy's honor.
