He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Jean Heaphy. He is survived by: his children, John Patrick Heaphy (Robin), Michael Anthony Heaphy (Marianne), Daphne Lousie (Justino) and Rivera. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
