He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Marshall Stump and Mary Dunkin Stump. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Harvan; his children, Julie Dossett (Greg) and Jim Stump; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Dossett, Katie Kastner (Travis), Amy Dossett, Alyssa Yoo (Greg) and Alex Stump; and his sisters, Mary Ann Yezek and Jane Shroyer. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society.
