She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto John and Gerta Helga Munz; and her sister Eva Asher Purdy. She is survived by: her husband Edmund DuVal Taliaferro, Jr.; her son Brian M. Taliaferro; her grandchildren, Brice N. and Lorian Jane Taliaferro; and her siblings-in-law, Mary P. Miller, Susan Jay Pagan (Mark) and William E. Taliaferro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
