He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Parker Sr. and Joyce Parker; and his brother Wendell Parker. He is survived by: his siblings, Dora Wright, Wayne Parker (Samelia), Kenneth Parker (Maria) and Kelvin Parker (Sheila). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Asbury United Methodist Church (87 West St, Annapolis, MD 21401). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Reese & Sons Mortuary (1922 Forest Dr, Annapolis, MD 21401).
