It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Barnes Jr. (Annapolis, Maryland), born in Accomac, Virginia, who passed away on February 22, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Norma Adams. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Ruth Barnes (Raz Dan) of San Jose, CA, Carol Barnes Chang (Hans) and Charles Alan Barnes (Karen Ashbrook-Barnes) of Vienna, VA; his sister Virginia Barnes Price; his grandchildren, James Chang, William Chang, Adele Barnes and Simon Barnes; and his siblings, Elizabeth Barnes Hornsby and James Daniel Barnes.
