He is survived by: his former wife Sandra O. Foster; his children, Lakeshia Renee Foster, Lisa R. Proctor (Rashid) and Rashad Snowden; his siblings, Carolyn Domneys, Carl E. Reynolds, Janice G. Crawford, Michael Duncan, Louis Morris "Melvin" Snowden, Charles Snowden, Hazel G. Snowden, Ruth Webster and Arlene A. Jones; his grandchildren, Rashid Proctor Jr., Amir Proctor, Amira Snowden, Romyn, Reign, Ramir Snowden, Nyshad Snowden, Riyan Snowden, Rahmija Snowden, Tanijah, Xavier Snowden and Dylan Snowden; his close friend Cassie Harris; his friends, Steven Brown Sr., Dale Brown, Gerald, Lump, Gilford Parker, James "Babe Bro" Edwards and James "Pie Plate" Johnson; and his goddaughter Verket Randall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
