She is survived by: her husband Albert Parker; her children, Danita Pindell (Aaron) of Glen Burnie, Rahmahn Carter (Nysia) of Ellicott City and Brandon Parker (Jessica) of Missouri; her siblings, Evangeline Hyman (Gerald), Marlo Helm (Arlene) of Annapolis and Cleo Forrester (Vanessa) of Annapolis; her aunts, Phyllis Parish, Florence White, Katherine Blackmon, Helen Kerby and Peggy Smith; and her friends, Nicholas Carter and James Watkins. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
