He was predeceased by: his father Emory James Thomas, Sr.; his grandmother Hogue of Missouri; his aunt Lillian Johnson; and his brother-in-law John L. Stanfield. He is survived by: his mother Mary Elizabeth Jones Thomas (Emory James Thomas Sr. The); his siblings, Frederick Charles Thomas (Koester), Mickie Stanfield, Lavenia Thomas (Toni), Marvel Brandon (Tick), Rachel Cunningham (Esther), Ursula Thomas (Stink) and Vanessa Thomas (Baba); his uncle Eugene Hogue; and his siblings-in-law, Regina Thomas, Donald Brandon (Deat) and Phillip Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and loving friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reese & Sons Mortuary (1922 Forest Dr, Annapolis, MD 21401). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the Lakemont Memorial Gardens (900 W Central Ave, Davidsonville, MD 21035).
