She is survived by: her daughter Judith Tarter; her stepdaughter Deborah Greene of Annapolis, MD; her sister Lucy Mirabella of Augsburg, Germany; her daughter-in-law Jeanette Tarter of New Carrollton, MD; her grandson Taylor Tarter (Grace Fitzpatrick); her great grandchild June Elizabeth; and her niece Tiffany Flagg.
