She was predeceased by: her parent Arthur James. She is survived by: her parent Ada Arrington Driskill; her spouse George L. Spencer; her sisters, Thelma Driskill Carr and Martha D. Flagg; her child Patricia Spencer Melesh (Charles) of Annapolis; her grandchildren, Elizabeth B. Melesh of Charlotte and Charles Spencer Melesh of Orlando; her brother-in-law Bernard A. Carr, Jr. of Charlottesville; her nephew Bernard B. Carr; and her niece Judy Carr Oster. She is also survived by numerous cousins, friends.
