She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Louis Fox and Elsie Jane Robertson Fox; and her sister Barbara. She is survived by: her husband William Harry Thomas Dell; her children, Elizabeth Cooper Dell Ball (Michael), Roland Thomas Dell (Elaine) and Bruce Fox Dell (Melissa); her grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Ball, Alexander Davenport Ball (Stephanie), Caroline Cooper Ball Plotkowski (Samuel), Eleanor Jane Ball and Bruce Robertson McFadden Dell; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte Ann Ball, Davenport Thomas Ball and Collins Cooper Plotkowski.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (710 Ridgely Ave, Annapolis, MD 21401). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Annapolis Evangelical Presbyterian (710 Ridgely Ave, Annapolis, MD 21401). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (710 Ridgely Ave, Annapolis, MD 21401).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Samaritan's Purse or the St. Joseph's Indian School in honor of Elizabeth Fox Dell.
