She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Hillegas and Clara Hillegas (Livingston). She is survived by: her husband Frederick Wagner; her children, Frederick Wagner Jr. (Carol) of Vienna, Joyce Diggs (Reese) of Severna Park, MD. and Kenneth Wagner (Rebekah) of Annapolis, MD.; her grandchildren, Alex Wagner, Kristen Diggs, Scott Diggs (Nikki), Stella McKinney-Lockey, Sam Wagner (Paige), Annie Jubb (Jerry) and Janice Schroeder (David); and her brother-in-law Paul Wagner. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be sent to Hospice of the Chesapeake 90 Ritchie Highway.
