She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Quarrels and Sarah Quarrels; her significant other Timothy W. Boston; her sons, Timothy C. Boston (Bean) and Curtis Boston (Opie); and her brothers, Louis Watkins (Jed) and Sylvester Quarrels Jr. (Pickie).
She is survived by: her son Michael Boston Sr.; her grandsons, Timothy Boston Jr. (BJ), Javon Boston (Jay), Michael Boston Jr., Elijah Boston and Mathais Boston; her sister Darlene Thomas (Raymond); her nieces, Marlo Thomas, Cora Hebron and Geraldine Jones; and her nephew Wayne.
