He was predeceased by: his wife Martha W.; and his daughter Laura Harmon. He is survived by: his parent Prof; his children, Linda Hannigan, David Harmon and Richard Harmon; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Kramer, Rebecca, Aaron, David Hannigan and Laura Harmon; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Kramer and William Kramer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project.
