With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Derwin Damon Ross of Annapolis, Maryland, who passed away on February 24, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Reese and Charles W. Ross; and his siblings, Tinese Savoy and Charles W. Ross Sr. (Pat). He is survived by: his children, Davonne and Damon Ross; his siblings, Tanya Taylor (Thomas), Greer Ross-McCullough (Frank) and Derek Ross (Deanna); the mother of his children Gilfreda; his aunts, Beatrice Henson, Mary Dale McCoy (Alvin) and Janice Dailey; and his nephews, Kawan Savoy (Anrika), Delandes Green (Rico), Charles Ross Jr. (Junko) and Christopher Ross (Pamela). He is also survived by cousins, relatives and friends.
Damon made impressive contributions to the athletic programs wherever he was.
