She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Coleman and Janie Coleman; her son Lamon Denard Williams; her sister Evangelist Emma Elder; her brother-in-law John "Butch" Pindell; her nephew Isiah Dennis; and her niece Bella Baker.
She is survived by: her daughter Cherron Coleman; her grandchildren, Tyrese Johnson, Monnika Johnson and Kailah Hammonds; her daughter-in-law Diana Williams; her siblings, Betty Pindell, Ernest Coleman (Shaloh), Michael Coleman (Lisa) and David Coleman; her niece Gabrielle; her nephews, Damein, Colonel Tu (Shaneen), Jason, Wes, Dave, Brent, Ernie, Dallas, Mark, Joel and Jesse; her children, Colin, Tony, Sheree and Nikka; her former husbands, Jimmy Hawkins and James "Ghost" Taylor; and her friends, Robin Johnson, Vel Mason, Linda Simms, Carol Russell, Kima Martin, Judge Saundra McNair and Beatrice McNeill (Rickie). She is also survived by cousins and friends.
