She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Turner and Doris Turner; her husband Dr. Calvin W. Huey; her sister Pearl Turner Whitfield; her mother-in-law Eartha Lee Huey; and her nephew Carlos Braxton.
She is survived by: her son Callen Turner Huey; her siblings, Leon Turner and Jean Braxton; her sister-in-law Linda Huey; her aunt Cecilia Avery; her nephew Dr. Jarrod Huey (Genise); her nieces, Alexis Mosely, Ursula Dees, Lisa Turner, Shiree Turner, Lavelle Buford and Kimara Huey; her cousin Dr. Linda Hicks Boyd (Rosemarie Swann Thompson); and her friends, Cynthia Caldwell, Linda Washington and Dr. Leslie Mobray.
Viewing was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the First Baptist Church of Annapolis (31 W Washington St, Annapolis, MD 21401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
