He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Farrell (Sarah E. Taylor Farrell) and David; his children, David R. Farrell, Jr. and Thelma Balinko; and his siblings, James, Elizabeth and Dorthy.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Voisinet of Annapolis; his siblings, John Farrell of Edgewater, Virginia Cassady of Florida, Anne Wells of Annapolis, Bernice Carr of Davidsonville and Betty Pearson of Edgewater; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Shannon Voisinet, Paul and Sarah Ricci. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
