He is survived by: his mother Mydra Maier; his wife Michele Cottrill; his children, Benjamin Cottrill and Elizabeth Cottrill of Annapolis; and his siblings, Paul Cottrill (Debbie) of Riva, MD, Shane Cottrill (Leanne) of Catonsville, MD and Andrea McCusker (Jeff) of Chesapeake, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
