He was predeceased by: his parent Andrew J. Makar; and his sibling Louis Makar. He is survived by: his parent Mary Makar; and his siblings, Andrew W. Makar Sr., Shirley Johnson, Mary E. Kavanagh and Joseph Makar. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
