He was predeceased by: his parents, Chas Tracy and Mary Tracy. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Sean Tracy, Tim Tracy, Kelly Betch, Linda, Ronda and Bill; his brother Jim Tracy; and his grandchildren, Jordyn Tracy, Jason Nagers, Gannon Tracy, Drew Betch and Hailey Betch. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, his family is requesting donations be made to the American Kidney Foundation, in his name.
