She was predeceased by: her siblings, Charles Hyde (Charlie), Harry McElroy (Bubba), Anne Powers, Spencer Eugene (Bull) and John Leonard; and her stepdaughter Elizabeth Hoover.

She is survived by: her brother Thomas Ransom Weissinger (Jere) of Annapolis, MD; and her stepson Morgan Hoover Jr..
