Sembly (Pamela), Yvonne Scott and Danielle Sembly; his grandchildren, Kimberly Parker, Gerald Parker, Jr., Lisa Baker (Vernon), Charles I. Sembly (Sherri), David M. Sembly, Sr. (Courtney) and Jason Scott; his great grandchildren, Jayla Stanton, Daysha Parker, Gerald Parker, III, Camrien Davis, Alexis, Mason, Trenton Baker, Charles A., Selena Sembly, David, Jr., Aaron and Caleb Sembly; and his great great grandchild Kasra Mason. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
