It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolee Rivera (Annapolis, Maryland), who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Savoy (Carrie Savoy) and Carrie Savoy; her daughter Valencia Tina Rivera; her siblings, Clayton Savoy Jr., Helena Mays, George Savoy, Carrie Savoy, Walter Savoy, Briscoe Savoy, James Savoy, Eva Savoy, Charles Savoy, Victoria Wu, Harry Reese, Larry Reese Sr. and Sarah Postalwaite; and her sister-in-law Diane Nelson.
She is survived by: her husband Isabelo Rivera; her daughters, Felicia Rivera and Antonia Williams (Robert); her grandchildren, Tierra Brown, Sydney Williams, Christian Smooth and Mason Williams; her great grandchildren, Ke-Shaun Williams and Chase Long; her daughters, Billie Smith and Deanna Williams; her siblings-in-law, Frederica Reese, Blanche Reese, Betty Savoy and Stanley Wu; her nephew Carlos Brislis; and her friends, Carolyn Isaacs, Lillian Smith, Debbie Gainous, Penny Sesker and Darlene Coates. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reese & Sons Mortuary (1922 Forest Dr, Annapolis, MD 21401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens (1911 Forest Dr, Annapolis, MD 21401).
