We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2024, at the age of 81, Carol Ann Howard of Annapolis, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Bruce Howard; her son Bruce, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Yumiko; and her granddaughter Manami.
