She is survived by: her children, Edward Kent Barnard, Andrea Barnard and Joseph Sonny Sembly, Jr.; her grandchildren, Shanike Barnard Royal (Tyree), Kellie Barnard Payne (Travon), Kendall Rae Barnard, Jovaughn Kent Barnard, Kristian Tierra Rose Barnard, Andrea Sharia Brooks, Diamond Cierra Kenton, Shania Davon Sembly, Joseph Sonny Sembly III and Ofeoritse Nala Sembly; her sisters, Barbara Jean Johnson and Andrea Gough (Gardner); and her cousin Michael Howe. She is also survived by great grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
