He was predeceased by: his father Charles Caronius McGowan; his brothers, Gregory Lee Boston Sr. and Clayton Darnell Thomas; and his nephew Wardell W. Johnson Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Chase; his stepmother Shirley McGowan; his children, Lakisha McGowan and Ashlin Price; his stepchildren, Pierre Lewis, Rahmier Chase and Shamierah Chase; his grandchildren, Ma'Kaiya Collins, MaKaela Collins, Caiden Rogers, Kaiyanna Rogers, Keira Rogers and MaKensie Monette; his sisters, Constance Forrester (Richard), Theresa Thomas, Terry Watkins (Louis) and Marsha Thomas; his godchildren, Brooklyn Brooks and Kenya Brown; and his friend Bobbie Jean Wilkins. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
