He is survived by: his children, Deontray Neal, Corey Neal and Courtney Neal; his grandchildren, Malique, Terrell, Kaxon and Kordell; his siblings, William Neal (Patricia), Gieselle Goodrum, Daryl Neal (Margent), Maurice Neal, Carl Neal, Katherine Gross, Karen Beans, Kim Knight and Kevin Graves; and his friends, Cheryl Brown and Harvey Bradford.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reese & Sons Mortuary (1922 Forest Dr, Annapolis, MD 21401). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
